Dress Up

I figured out why women love babies. It's because they get to play dress up with dolls again, except now it's a real doll. And, another added bonus, when the little person is doubling in size every year for a while, you have to buy new clothes all the time.

Seriously Natasha is such a doll. We tried a new outfit for church, complete with hat. She makes about anything look cute, but this was doubly cute. Thought about editing out the missing sock, but it makes us look like normal parents. I mean she had been to church and back, no way both socks are staying on. :)

4 Months

Natasha had her 4 month appointment the other day. She does great. She didn't even cry for the first 2 shots, just the third one which was bigger. She is pretty much average. 50 percentile in weight and height.
Here's a shot of her with her shot bandages.

Still

Natasha still smiles up a storm. Here's a picture. Looks almost like the picture 2 weeks ago. We hope the hair is a little longer. She loves that seat, and loves smiling. She is getting out more and will smile at other people now, and not just her parents. We've got her pretty much settled into a routine. Up at 8, nap at 10, nap at 2, in bed at 9. In between lots of playing and smiling. And yes, she does sleep the whole night. On rare occasions she will wake up early, but doesn't wake up in the night at all. And, yes, we realize we are very blessed parents, and she is practically an angel. I guess I shouldn't rub it in too much. Thanks for everyones love and support.

Blessing

We blessed Natasha yesterday. It was a wonderful day. We had a lot of family attend, and had a nice get together afterwards. Natasha was radiant, and was a perfect angel the entire day. She wasn't fussy at all even being around the large crowd and being held by many loving relatives. Thanks all for coming.

(If you don't know what blessing means, feel free to ask, but it's similar to Christening.)

Phases

A week without pictures, what kind of parents are we turning into?

The "Look! I have a tongue" phase.

The "Look! I have hands" phase.

The "Look! how strong my neck is" phase.
